I booked online, it was very easy to do. When I came to pay the deposit my banking app kept logging me out, so I thought I’d lost my booking. I got an email from Cornwall Hideaways saying they will hold the booking for 24 hours. Rang up the next day and payed the deposit, very friendly.

We were told only a few days before our trip that extensive building works were being done next door to our chosen cottage Cornwall hideaways had only just been notified but were able to provide us with an alternative cottage for the same price.

Abit hard at first but in the end we got there so looking forwards to our break in Cornwall.
